2022-2023 Pre-K Registration Monday, July 25, 2022

Time: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

This is a qualifying program only

MUST BRING ITEMS:

• Birth certificate of the child

• Social Security Card of the child

• Parent/Guardian Picture ID

• Current Shot record

• Current Proof of Residence (must have your name and physical address, and date listed on the bill.  Proof of residence accepted are lights, water, gas, lease agreement, and mortgage)

• Proof of income (food stamp letter with your name, children and has your eligibility group number listed, OR last income tax filed, OR current month worth of check stubs.
