2024-2025 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

REGISTRATION FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE CONNALLY ISD ADMINISTRATION BUILDING.

Families will be able to complete the registration process for all of their students in one stop!

All registration services will be held at the Connally ISD Administration Building.

Monday, July 29th - Pre-K Roundup - 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM*
Tuesday, July 30th - Pre-K-12 Registration - 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Wednesday, July 31st - Pre-K-12 Registration - 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Thursday, August 1st - Pre-K-12 Registration - 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM; 2:30 PM - 7:00 PM

After Thursday, August 1st, parents will need to contact individual campuses to schedule a time to complete their students' registration. These appointments can be made beginning on Monday, August 5th.

*Registration services on Monday, July 29th are only for the Pre-K Roundup. Registration for all other students will begin on Tuesday, July 30th.*

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • Proof of residency within the last 30 days of registration: water bill, electricity bill, gas bill, or lease agreement in parent/guardian's name, if in an apartment - a lease agreement in guardian's name must be provided (returning and new students)

  • Valid Parent/Guardian ID (returning and new students)

  • Updated Immunization Record (returning if applicable and new students)

  • Any updated court documents, if necessary (all students if applicable)

  • Birth Certificate (new students and possibly returning students if not on file)

  • Social Security card (new students and possibly returning students if not on file)

Additional Required Documents for Pre-K Students Only:

  • Proof of income (current 4 weeks) or current SNAP Food Benefits program letter with eligibility group number (used to determine Pre-K eligibility)

OUT OF DISTRICT TRANSFERS

The transfer window for students who reside outside of the Connally ISD boundaries will open on July 1st and will close on July 25th. Transfer applications must be turned into the CISD Administration Building during business hours. Please note that Connally ISD is closed on Fridays throughout the summer months.

There is a $500.00 tuition for the first student in a family who resides outside of district boundaries that opts to transfer in. An additional $100.00 fee will be added for each additional student after that point. Tuition fees must be paid prior to the student(s) completing the registration process. Parents may opt to pay the entirety of the fee at once or split it between half payments in July 2024/January 2025. If payments are not made prior to these deadlines, the student will be withdrawn from Connally ISD. Tuition may be paid for using cash, cashier's checks, and/or money orders.

Children of district employees that live outside of the district boundaries are not required to pay the tuition fee.

Returning transfer students will need to fill out the application and cover letter. District staff will then pull the applicant student's records from our files.

New transfer students will need to provide their report card, attendance record, discipline record, and STAAR scores along with their cover letter and application.

All transfer applications must be turned into Ms. Dorothy Madison at the CISD Administration Building by the appropriate deadline. Please do not turn in any materials to an individual campus. Parents will be notified by phone once a determination has been made on a student's application.
