CES Families! Tomorrow, September 22nd, will be an Intervention Friday. This is only for students who also came to our last Intervention on September 8th. The same group of students will also come to school on October 13th for Intervention. These intervention days are mandatory for any student who received a letter. After October 13th, we will reassess and send out new invitations. All other students will not need to attend school tomorrow. Thank you! Katie Redden

CES Parents- Happy first day of school! Starting today, if you are planning to pick up your child after school, you must stay in your car and wait in the line on Cadet Way with your parent pick up card in the window. We will not allow parents to park and walk up to the cafeteria door to wait. If you do not have a card, please bring your ID to the front office so we can issue you one. In order to maintain test security, all cell phones and smart watches will be taken up during testing and returned at the end of the school day. Students will not need their backpacks. In order to maintain test security, all cell phones and smart watches will be taken up during testing and returned at the end of the school day. Students will not need their backpacks. CES 4th grade parents- Tomorrow 4th grade students will go on their field trip to L3. Please make sure your child wears tennis shoes or other athletic shoes. Students may not be able to participate in all activities if they are wearing crocs or slides.

CES 5th grade parents- The CJH band instrument try-out that was originally scheduled for this afternoon has been rescheduled. The new date for this event will be April 13th. Friday, March 31, 2023 Connally Elementary Families, There has been a confirmed case of COVID-19 for a student and/or staff member on our campus. This is a general letter sent by the campus for transparency. You will be contacted more directly if the staff believes your child was “directly exposed”. Do I need to keep my child home from school? As long as your child has no COVID symptoms, or has not tested positive for COVID, you should continue attending school, but please carefully screen your child for symptoms each morning before coming to school.
