Alyssa was recognized at last night's board meeting for having met all of the requirements laid out by the Connally Independent School District and the Texas Education Agency to receive her diploma. We are very proud of her and cannot wait to see all that she accomplishes. We hope that she will continue to represent the #CadetStandard with pride as she moves forward in life!

Our Cadets came up short against a tough team from Alvarado tonight. We are proud of their strong effort and have no doubt that they will use it as momentum for future games!
The next varsity football game will be held on September 27 at Mac Peoples Stadium against Athens.
Are you curious about what an Intervention Friday looks like at Connally ISD?
It looks like a lot of exciting opportunities for our students and staff!
Intervention Fridays gives our students the opportunity to work in small groups with a wide variety of faculty members as they hone their academic skills. But that's not all! It also gives our various teams, clubs, and organizations extra time to meet and practice, providing some great enrichment for our kids! Our faculty enjoy having the opportunity to meet and plan on these Fridays - it helps minimize stress for the upcoming week!

THIS FRIDAY is our second day of intervention classes. Parents of students who are required to attend classes on this date have been notified. Students who have been selected for additional instruction on intervention days are required to attend, per Sec. 25.085 of the Texas Education Code.
Campus doors will open for drop off at 7:30. Instruction lasts from 8:00 to 12:00. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. School bus transportation is available for any student who needs it - see the attached post that explains the changes to bus routes/schedules.

Connally ISD's School Health Advisory Council will hold a meeting on September 24, 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Connally ISD Admin Building. The district's wellness plan is on the agenda. Anyone interested is invited to attend the meeting. Questions about this meeting can be directed to Pam White, CISD RN, at pwhite@connally.org.
