Reminder: Connally Primary is selling Connally Cadet Spirit Ribbons during football season for students to purchase and wear to football games or on Spirit Day. Students have the option to purchase them for $2 in the front office throughout the week.
This week, the Connally Cadets will take on the Little River Academy Bumble Bees at Mac Peoples Stadium on Friday, August 30th at 7:00 PM.
Don't forget--all Connally ISD students have school on Fridays during the month of August!
We cannot wait to see students tomorrow! Below you will find our campus procedures for morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up. Please refer to the pictures for visuals.
MORNING DROP-OFF
Parent Drop-Off begins at 7:00 AM and ends promptly at 7:30 AM. Parents are to drop their children off in the horseshoe by the gym ONLY. Bus drop-off ONLY will be on the road in front of the school. Parents may not park in the parking lot and walk their student to the front door. Please obey these procedures for the safety of our students and staff.
School is in session from 7:30 AM to 3:45 PM. Students who arrive after 7:30 AM must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to the front door to be signed in as tardy.
If you have a Jr High student in your car, you can let them out with your Primary student and they can walk on the sidewalk to the Jr High and be escorted across the street.
AFTERNOON DROP-OFF
Parents may not pick up their students after 2:00 pm without proof of a doctor’s appointment. This is a district-wide directive as our school year is determined by minutes. Parents of students who frequently leave early may be required to meet with the attendance and truancy officers.
We will utilize the far right and middle lanes for Parent Pick-Up. The left lane will be used by small buses and daycare vans ONLY. We will have a campus police officer directing traffic for both the morning and afternoon.

Summer school started today, May 28. Students who are riding the bus in the morning should be ready to board by 6:45 AM to ensure that they don't miss it.

•Dismissal begins at 12:30.
•Must have this card to pick up through this line— please place it in the car window.
•Pick Up is at the same location as Drop Off.
STUDENTS WILL NOT BE RELEASED TO A CAR WITHOUT THIS PARENT PICK-UP PASS.
Is your child missing a jacket? Come check out our lost and found! It will be located outside our front doors until 1:00 today. We will put them back out on Tuesday at 8:00 through Thursday. Anything left over after that will be donated.

Today is 3rd Grade & Functional Academics Water Day! Students need to come to school with their swimwear underneath their clothing and bring the following: an extra change of clothes, a towel, & sunscreen. Students who did not return the permission form will not be allowed to participate. Forms are available in the front office.
Families are invited to join us tomorrow for 1st and 2nd grade awards and 3rd grade showcase. 1st grade awards will be at 9:30 and 2nd grade will be at 1:30. 3rd grade showcase is from 6-7!
