The Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA), established by the 86th Teaxas Legislature through House Bill 3 in 2019, is designed to recruit, support, and retain effective teachers.
Connally ISD’s implementation of TIA is a strategic effort to:

- Improve student outcomes through a focus on growth and insructional excellence.
- Empower teachers by offereing recognition, financial incentives, and a clear path for professional growth.
